You can collect your catering from Dcafe at the Cairns Hospital, 165 The Esplanade, Cairns, during the hours of Monday to Saturday 6am - 5pm. Excluding Public Holidays.

$24 is the minimum order.

Orders can be placed 10 hours prior. If your order is urgent please call 07 4226 8993 or 0417 151 775.

To place your order online, please follow these steps:

1. Click here to view our menu
2. 'Add to cart' all the items that you would like
3. Click on the shopping cart icon or 'Go to checkout'
4. If you have a discount code, enter it and click 'Apply'
5. You can create an account, login or use the guest checkout to continue
6. Follow the prompts and enter your contact, delivery & payment details
7. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email

Changes to orders

Please contact us on (07) 4226 8993 or at [email protected] as soon as possible if you require changes to your order and we will do our best to assist you.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements, please write them in the “Add Notes” section of the item you are ordering, and we will be happy to cater to your needs.

Allergens

Please write your allergens in the “Add Notes” section of the item you are ordering and we will do our best to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.

A great option to ensure your needs are met is to add an individual box (link) to your order for those who have allergens or dietary requirements.

Delivery Times

• Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm and 8am - 2pm on Saturday's to Cairns and surrounding areas.
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
• It is best to order your delivery to arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to the time of your event.

Delivery Prices

• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4870 and 4878 is $20 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4879, 4868 and 4869 is $25 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4881 is $40 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4865 is $45 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4877, 4880, 4883, 4887 is $150 per delivery

Delivery to areas outside of the specified post codes can be quoted, contact us on (07) 4226 8993 or email us at [email protected] and we can assist you.

Cutlery

A set including a plate, knife, fork and napkin can be added to your order for $2 per person

Payments

You are required to pay for your catering upon check out. If you have an account with us, our payment terms are 7 days. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit, credit card payment or PayPal, depending on the level of your account.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order or postpone your order, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your order time. If you have missed this window, please give us a call on (07) 4226 8993 or email us at [email protected] and we may be able to assist you.

Please write your requests in the “Add Notes” section and we will do our best to accommodate you.
